REGISTRATION INFORMATION

• Registration fee is RM700/USD280 per participant and RM300/USD120 per undergraduate/ postgraduate.
• 5% discount will be given for group registration with 3 or more participants (excluding undergraduate/postgraduate registration).
• Registration fee is inclusive of lunch refreshment and conference materials.
• Registration fee does not include accommodation.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

• Conference fee must be made prior to the event and made payable in Ringgit Malaysia(RM).
• Payment can also be made by cash or crossed-cheque made payable to  Thinkers Trends Resources Sdn Bhd (Maybank 564191027943)
• Online registration forms are available at www.worldribaconference.org and payment can be made via www.Maybank2U.com.my. Swift Code : MBBEMYKL
• Please mail the proof of payment together with the registration form.
• Confirmation of registration will be issued once payment is received.
• No registration will be processed without full payment.
• For gorvenment official(s), a local order or, letter of approval must be presented 2 weeks before the conference.

SUBSTITUTION OR CANCELLATION

• Subsitution or cancellation is only allowed before you receive the confirmation letter and must be made in writting, via mail or fax before 10th July 2011.
• Any changes later than the date will not be entertained.

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION

• Due to limited seating capacity, acceptance to this conference will be treated on a “first come, first serve’ basis.

CONFERENCE ATTIRE

• Business casual.

ACCOMMODATION

• Hotel arrangements and reservations should be made directly to the preferred hotel. The organizer have arranged a special room rate with a number of hotels. If you wish us to assist in your room booking, please call us.
